Hair Extensions – Online Sales
1. Purpose
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the online sale of hair extensions offered by Sublimatehair on the website ssublimatehair.co.uk
2. Products
The products offered are natural hair extensions, presented with a detailed description (type, length, colour, application method, etc.) and hair extension machines and accessories. The photographs are not contractually binding.
In many cases, the boxes containing the machines will be opened for inspection before being sent to the customer. This does not in any way imply that the machines are not new.
Sublimatehair will automatically hide or remove logos, addresses, contact details or any other means of identifying the supplier or manufacturer of the machines.
3. Prices
Prices are quoted in euros, including VAT. Sublimatehair reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of ordering.
4. Order
All orders imply acceptance of these GTC. The customer must check the accuracy of the order before confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent automatically after confirmation.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal, or any other secure method offered on the website. The order will only be shipped after payment has been confirmed.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made by Colissimo, DHL or UPS within the time frames indicated or not indicated at the time of ordering. Sublimatehair cannot be held responsible for any delays attributable to the carrier. In the event of an error in the delivery address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
Products may be shipped from France, Hong Kong or any other location where we have stock. Customs duties will be borne by the customer according to the rates of their country of origin.
If the customer does not collect the product upon delivery or refuses to accept the product, the product will either be destroyed or returned. We will not be held responsible and will not refund the customer.
7. Cancellation
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of cancellation. However, for hygiene reasons, opened or used hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. Returns
Returns are only accepted for unopened, unworn products in their original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, as are customs duties if the product is sent outside France.
9. Liability
Sublimatehair cannot be held liable for indirect damage related to the use or misuse of the extensions (inappropriate application, incorrect dyeing, improper maintenance, etc.)
10. Intellectual property
All elements of the website (photos, text, logo, etc.) are the exclusive property of HILLAH STAR. Any reproduction is prohibited without written authorisation.
11. Personal data
The personal data collected is used solely for the purposes of order management and customer relations. Customers have the right to access, modify and delete their data.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of Lille.
